Defining how the brand should feel.
Dr. Bamboo was founded by a doctor and first-time mom who wanted to make baby care feel less overwhelming for new parents.
I led the brand workshop to translate that perspective into a clear strategy around trust, comfort, and reassurance.
I LED BRAND STRATEGY AND VISUAL IDENTITY FOR DR. BAMBOO AT ALIVVE STUDIO.

A logo designed
to feel protective.
The rounded serif brings warmth and softness, while the “Dr.” sits within the negative space of the wordmark like a small embrace, reinforcing the brand’s sense of care and security.

Keeping the brand soft, but credible.
Rooney gives the brand a rounded, friendly personality for headlines, while Georgia keeps longer copy familiar and easy to read. Together, they balance the warmth of a baby brand with the trust expected from a doctor-founded product.

Turning brand values into a visual language.
I digitally hand-drew a set of soft watercolor illustrations to bring Dr. Bamboo’s qualities to life, translating ideas like care, comfort, cleanliness, and naturalness into a gentle, warm visual system.
Bringing the brand into the product experience.
I designed packaging across boxes, hangtags, and care labels, turning the illustration system into a repeat pattern that carried the brand across its physical touchpoints. Production dielines and photography were handled by another team member.

Turning product benefits into content.
I created sample social posts that communicated why bamboo works well for baby products, using the brand’s soft visual language to make the benefits easy to understand.
